With it’s feet in the water, this unusual cabin is the perfect tiny house for an ecological break in the heart of nature.
Recharge your batteries in this unforgettable cabin of 20 m² and it’s upstairs mezzanine, nestled in the heart of nature. The “waterfront” cabin, which fits perfectly into the landscape, can accommodate 2 to 6 people in complete comfort.
You will find in this Tiny House:
- Kitchen area: 2-burner gas hob, refrigerator, sink, dishwashing liquid, kitchen utensils, tea towels, mugs, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cafetière, pepper and salt.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- Heating.
- Three 140 cm beds, two of which are upstairs with a splendid view of the ponds.
- Household linen and essential cleaning products are provided.
- A travel cot for babies is available on request.
- he terrace is equipped with tables and chairs and a BBQ allowing you to eat outside by the pond and fully enjoy this paradise.
When you arrive, beds will be made and bath towels available.
5 minutes by car: The forest massif of Mervent-Vouvant and the village of Vouvant, a small medieval town of character and one of the most beautiful villages in France, with its arts and crafts shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. We will advise you on the best restaurants when you arrive!
10 minutes by car: The Renaissance town Fontenay le Comte, and La Châtaigneraie

When can we arrive?
Arrivals are possible from 5 p.m. and departures before 12 p.m.
Is there wifi?
No, on the other hand 5G works very well.
Can we bring our dog?
We should be warned, but yes dogs are welcome if they are well behaved and kept on a leash: the cabins are in a donkey and sheep field and they do not like to be bothered by unruly dogs.
What can we do there?
First, remember to bring sturdy shoes or boots, we are in the countryside, especially from November to February.
You will find:
- Activities: hiking, mountain biking and horse riding (possibility of welcoming riders and their horses),
- IGN hikes of 4 to 15 kilometers are available from the Cabanes des 3 étangs,
- Meeting the animals living on the estate: donkeys, sheep, chickens, cats and dogs,
- NO KILL fishing is possible in the ponds, so you can fish for roach, bream, tench, zander, pike, perch, and carp. We just ask you not to leave waste on the site, including used fishing line, hooks and sinkers which are dangerous for birds.
- In addition to the cabins, enjoy the three and a half hectares of our property.
- With its meadow, The cabins of the 3 ponds, are positioned in a context of green tourism located within the country side of Bourneau, in the south Vendée.

Waste water is treated by a phyto-purification sanitation system. La Vaudieu is a place that has a strong interest in our ecosystem, its biodiversity and where we also like to give a second life to materials.
At the edge of the pond, your wooden cabin is the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries during a good night’s sleep surrounded by nature. 365 days a year, soak up the relaxing atmosphere that the site offers you and experience beautiful moments of happiness!
